We have 4 workshops, each overlap in different ways but the activities are repeatable and participants will have a different experience based on the group they are with and where they are in their community building journey.

Each workshop has an accompanying Zine pair which complement the content. The Zine providing highlights and reminders for those who have taken the workshop, and the workshops go deeper into the material introduced in the Zines!

Turning Strengths into Action

Guides us through spotting our own strengths and mapping our community connections.

Session Notes:

This is the most speaker heavy workshop of the collection as most of the activities are guided reflection. To balance the energy we use the Gift Circle and break to build connections between participants and the Action activity to bring them together to use what they have discovered If you have more time, lengthen the Action activity and really challenge them to design something they can follow through on.

Community Curiosity

Invites groups to reflect on their community building practices through curiosity and learn to develop their own curiosity practice.

Session Notes:

This session works best when help with people who are already in community with each other but works just as well as a self reflection and then identifying the commonalities across different communities
