The Back Office Volunteer role involves taking phone calls via 3CX, an online software-based private branch exchange phone system

Full training, Q+A sessions, and support will be available at all times. PC, tablet, or laptop preferred for BOV.

Typically used when arrests are possible or where high police protester interaction is likely eg stop and search or bad police behaviour
