Complete the Availabilty Form

Availability Form We need to know which shifts you plan to steward. The core times are 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm. However we ask you to arrive 1 hour before the start of your shift for a briefing and orientation and to be given your High-Vis.

Some Steward volunteers will also be required from 8am to assit with road closures and stage setup etc.

Some Steward volunteers will also be required at teh end of each day to cover stage breakdown etc.

A limited number of stewards will be required to assist with campsites and overnight vigils

Join a Training Session

Or we run face to face training during events, typically 1 hour before shifts tart.
At The Big One we will be running training throughout ~~teh~~the day.
