How to Unsubscribe or request a change to your personal details

If you want to Unsubscribe from emails from XR, find one you received and click Unsubscribe at the very foot. (if there are 4 email lists, this will only take them off that 1. They may wonder why they still get emails)

Should we specify for each service where to go instead of them just telling them to go to Tech Reception who (usually DDAT) has to manage it all? That means the rebel is self serving, good for Digital but gives the rebel more to do
