How to Unsubscribe or request a change to your personal details

Do you want to Unsubscribe from any of our emails or systems?

If you want to Unsubscribe from emails fromsent by XR, find one you received and click Unsubscribe at the very foot. (if there are 4 email lists, this will only take them off that 1. They may wonder why they still get emails)

  • Region mailing list
  • UK Mailing list
  • XR Global mailing list


    For other lists, please contact Tech Reception on Mattermost with your request.
    If you don't use Mattermost, send an email to tech@rebellion.earth

    In either case, please say if you wish to unsubscribe from all systems or which specific systems, as listed below.
    In some cases, you can do this yourself, where shown,
    Even if you want to fully unsubscribe, it would help us if you please suggest which ones you have been using.

  • Mattermost : to leave a channel click the down arrow next to the channel name, then click Leave channel.

  • CRM : contact the Relationships team in Mattermost at Relationships Reception
