This is a 'Recruitment and Welcome/Onboarding' Tool for Integrators or Internal Coordinators. In this handbook, you will find the resources you need to welcome new and existing Rebels/Volunteers.

If the Rebel/volunteer is new to XR, before you start the volunteer onboarding process ask them to go along to an Intro to XR session to allow them to find out more about our work and see if this is a good fit for them.
