QR Codes or shortlinks It is encouraged to use QR codes or short links to encourage people to sign up to the email list directly. QR codes can be added to flyers or posters.

Examples of links set up are ones for individual LG lists... eg. joinxr.uk/camden, joinr.uk/tyneside. If you already have a link for you local group you'll find it here joinxr.uk/QRcodes

If you don't have one set up yet - then apply to the Action Network Data Team

Also some examples of tailor made links e.g. joinxr.uk/london, joinxr.uk/cymru, joinxr.uk/ca, joinxr.uk/youth Or directly input to your phone/tablet whilst talking to the member of the public via the online form.

You could use a GDPR compliant paper form and then input the data via your tailored joinxr.uk/localgroupname short link.
