How to get tech help

All of us find difficulties in remembering exactly how to do things and sometimes it's quicker to ask a question search through help guides.

What can I ask and where?

If you are already a user of Mattermost you can ask questions in the channels listed below, otherwise contact tech@rebellion.earth and your query will be relayed to the appropriate team.

Mattermost Channels

• General Enquiries Tech Reception
• For help with The Hub, UK Forums or UK Cloud go to the Hub Help Desk channel.
• For less techncial questions you could use the Any Question Answered channel.
• For Group Admins with a query about the circle you support use the Hub Group Admins channel.
• If your query relates to Action Network contact the Action Network Data Team Reception.
