Getting Support from XRUK

There are hundreds of actions a month across the UK, so supporting and promoting every one is impossible. The UK teams also have their own strategies, messaging and comms plans, so will always be on the look out for actions that feed into that.

XRUK can offer different types of support: ideas, logistics, money, comms, legal support etc.

The Request XRUK Support form can be used to request all three of the following at once:

  • Listing your action/event on the Movement Calendar/Action Map
  • Actions, logistics, legal, rhythms, action support crews etc
  • Media and comms support

For spicy actions please don’t fill in the form, but instead contact Action Circle directly xr-action@protonmail.com.

And if there is any likelihood of arrests happening during the action, then inform the Back Office team so that your rebels can be supported.

Teams who process this form

Many teams are informed after you submit this form and meet at least weekly to process all incoming requests:

  • Actions Carousel
  • UK M&M
  • UK Comms (non-M&M comms teams)
  • Calendar admins (requests processed daily)

All requests for support from the XRUK actions circles (Actions, Action Support, Production, Creative, comms advice, etc), will be reviewed by the Actions Carousel who meet weekly. For complex actions or those that Actions Carousel need more information about, you might be asked to join this meeting to help the teams learn more.

Calendar Admins

There are dedicated UK calendar admins looking at all incoming requests, but you may also have someone with access to add actions/events directly within your Nation/Region teams.

The XRUK Arrestee and Legal Support team can provide:

  • Legal briefings for actions
  • Backoffice support for actions with a potential risk of arrest
  • Post arrest support for rebels.
