DO (NOT) DISTURB - door hanger action

As we continue looking forward to a better future in 2026, it can’t be business as usual. The same people plan to continue making the same deals, behind the same closed doors — while the climate and nature crisis deepens.

So we’re disturbing them in our trademark nonviolent, cheeky style. The DO (NOT) DISTURB action is simple and repeatable everywhere.

Print a hanger. Find a door. Hang it where power hides. Parliament. Councils. Courts. Corporations. Offices. Banks.

Who will you disturb in your area, with your local groups? Turn any door into a message — a reminder that silence, delay and backroom deals are no longer acceptable in an emergency.

Do it once — or keep going back.

Step 1
Print the templates supplied on coloured or white card as instructed, cut out and hang on door handle.

Step 2
The hanger is sizeable. Print on A4, A3 or create an oversized hanger on cardboard for bigger impact.

Step 3
If it isn’t possible to hang, stick to the door with sticky pad or similar. Note: to ensure good legibility of the red cross on ‘NOT’ do not print on red background.

Step 4
Post a photo on your social media channels. Include a short message about ways the 'door' of the person/place you've targeted could tell the truth, act now, how their work/power can help reduce the impacts of the climate and nature emergency.
